Blowing Rock’s Hayes Center Hosts Theatre, Music & Movies

The Mariam and Robert Hayes Performing Arts Center in Blowing Rock has become a perfect addition to the realm of entertainment venues in the High Country since it first opened in the summer of 2006. Its acoustically perfect 348-seat theatre is the new home of the Blowing Rock Stage Company and the auditorium also hosts live music events, children’s theatre events and even a classic film series.

 

The Hayes Center has also become a must-have location for conventions, meetings of business and arts organizations and the occasional wedding reception.
